Summer exhibition
The Department of Landscape Architecture Summer Exhibition showcases the outstanding work undertaken by our graduating students.
The popular event attracts a large number of guests from practice and industry to alumni and academia. Visitors have the chance to view work by over 200 students, which include models, drawings, videos and installations.
Design projects are exhibited on floors 10, 11 and 12 of the Arts Tower and include work from third and fifth-year undergraduates and final year postgraduate students.
2023 Exhibition
The sun shone on the Arts Tower as employers, students, alumni, staff and families gathered for our 2023 exhibition. With over £3000 worth of prizes awarded for outstanding projects — including a brand new prize for socially engaged design — the evening was an inspiring celebration of our students, their skills and the transformative potential they now take into practice.

After a two-year hiatus, we were delighted to return to the Arts Tower for the 2022 exhibition on 10 June. We were joined by representatives from more than 50 Landscape practices, from around the UK and further afield, including Jane Findlay, President of the Landscape Institute. Prizes totalling over £3,000 were awarded for outstanding student work to both undergraduates and postgraduates.
