The University of Sheffield Information School is ranked Number One in the World for library and information management.
We are thrilled to announce that we have attained the position of Number One in the World, for Library and Information Management in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023.
We are proud to be ranked Number One in the World for Library and Information Management for the third year running. This is a real honour for all at the Information School and is a testament to the excellent teaching and world-leading research carried out in the School.
These rankings reflect our outstanding reputation established over six decades, our excellent reputation among employers, the high quality of our research publications, the large number of citations our papers achieve, and the achievements of our students and graduates.
Being ranked Number One in the World for Library and Information Management is a credit to the dedication of our staff in delivering inspiring teaching which prepares our students for fulfilling careers in a fast-paced and evolving field.
