Neuroscience postgraduate courses
The University of Sheffield has a variety of postgraduate taught programmes in neuroscience. They range from fundamental cell and molecular biology, and its applications in medicine, to the latest advances in theoretical neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
Medical science courses – translational neuroscience
These courses cover the science of neurological disease and how this is used to develop new treatments.
Psychology courses - cognitive neuroscience
These courses take a quantitative approach to explore the relationship between the brain and behaviour.
International Merit Scholarships
We offer a generous package of financial support for international students including 75 undergraduate scholarships worth £10,000 towards the annual tuition fee and 125 postgraduate taught scholarships worth £5,000 towards the tuition fee. Applications are now open for existing offer holders.
