Accessing online services
If you wish to register with the NHS App you can do so by downloading the app for iOS or Android here: NHS App
Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
Other providers are available - please contact Reception if you would like more information on these.
Proxy access
Proxy access allows someone other than the patient to access and manage parts of the patient's online services account. This is often used by parents or recognised carers of young children, and recognised carers of young adults.
The proxy is given their own online services access account (rather than using the patient's own login details).
Phone reception on +44 114 222 2100 to enquire about proxy access for a certain patient.
Booking appointments online
Note: the GP appointments we offer online do not include contraception, midwifery, nurse procedures, physiotherapy, vaccinations or minor illnesses. These need to be booked by our Reception team on +44 114 222 2100, or via Anima for minor illness. If an incorrect appointment is made online, it will be cancelled and you will be notified by text and asked to call Reception / submit an Anima request.
We also offer smear appointments available to book online for those who have been invited, these also need to be booked via the NHS app.
