Student accommodation

If you have a a place on a Pre-sessional or University English course you can apply for accommodation with the University's Accommodation Office.

Rooms are available in the Ranmoor/Endcliffe area approximately 30 minutes walk from the ELTC and within Sheffield City Centre, approximately 5-15 minutes from the ELTC.

The University can also help you to find private accommodation through its Smart Move service. Please see the Smart Move Sheffield website for more information.

We also have a limited amount of 'Homestay' accommodation where you can rent a room and live with a family based in Sheffield.

We can provide more information about Homestay accommodation on request after you have applied and accepted an offer for the course. Homestay accommodation is provided by a third party agent.

Non-University accommodation

We can offer a range of accommodation options for all needs

We have an excellent homestay scheme which caters for executive clients. The cost includes bed, breakfast and evening meal, laundry service and inclusion into British family life.

If you would prefer more flexibility we can arrange self-catering accommodation in one of our University Halls of Residence for you. Please contact us for prices.

We can also recommend Hotels in the area that would be suitable for you. Prices vary with different types of accommodation.

Airport transfer

We can arrange Airport Transfers for groups as well as provide information about booking taxi transfers for individual students from airports across the UK.
